Why We Do It: To Help The World Save The Most Precious Asset: Time!

It is a common expectation that legal matters require significant time and money to resolve. These inefficiencies encompass the time attorneys need to address cases, the backlog in the court system, and the resulting frustration, along with unrealized funds from the perspectives of plaintiffs and claimants. Our core mission is to minimize these losses and enhance overall efficiency.

How We Do It

Meticulous approach to details while not losing track of the whole picture; thorough review of medical records; interviewing the client and their family members; discussing with the treating physicians; utilizing literature to support our opinion; identifying all injuries; resolving unclear complaints; and clearly identifying diagnoses for these vague complaints. This is what makes us stand out from the rest

FAQ

Frequently Ask Questions

A medical-legal consultant is a physician who provides support to attorneys in cases involving human injury, including auto accidents, workplace injuries, falls, drug-related claims, defective medical devices, or cases of neglect and medical malpractice.

A medical-legal consultant offers much more than an expert opinion. While medical experts testify in court, medical-legal consultants assist in the pre-litigation phase, with the primary objective of achieving a settlement.

  1. The medical legal consultant can review the case and help with the medical validity of the case.
  2. The medical legal consultant can assess the value of the case. That helps the attorney as to how much time and resources he/she need to invest in that specific case
  3. The medical legal consultant can maximize case value by identifying all medical issues. The majority of attorneys are very good at identifying the injuries, but when faced with complex medical syndromes, pre-existing conditions or vague symptoms, they may need some support.
  4. The medical legal consultant looks at the case from a wide perspective. You need to build your case horizontally before building it vertically. That is identifying all the issues first, and then addressing each injury separately.
  5. The medical legal consultant is much less expensive than a medical expert. Give us a call to learn more about the advantages.

The majority of medical legal consultants do not testify in court.

In most cases you don't. Starting with a medical-legal consultant will help you build the case by identifying a broader range of injuries. They can provide detailed recommendations, causation opinions, and analyses on these issues. By investing upfront in a medical-legal consultant, you are maximizing the case value, particularly for the 90% of cases that settle. In fact, the medical legal consultant may help increase your case settlement rate.

The medical-legal consultant will direct you to the appropriate specialist if needed and can help you find an affordable option.

In those 10% of cases that end up going to court, the medical expert will likely rely on the same reputable resources used by the medical-legal consultant, leading to similar conclusions.
